IDAS is the largest specialist domestic abuse and sexual violence charity in Yorkshire, supporting more than 10,000 people each year across York, North Yorkshire, Barnsley and Sheffield. Services include womens refuges and dispersed accommodation, one-to-one outreach support, group programmes, online support, a live chat service and a 24/7 confidential helpline open 365 days a year. They support adults, young people and children, with Independent Domestic Violence Advocates working alongside survivors.
