Community-based peer-led mental health groups and one-to-one mentoring across Liverpool.
Imagine Independence runs the Liverpool Peer Support and Mentoring Service for adults living with mental health challenges. The team coordinates community-based groups at venues across the city covering wellbeing, walking, cycling, IT, music and creative activities, alongside one-to-one mentoring from people with lived experience. The service focuses on reducing isolation, building confidence and supporting recovery through social inclusion and mutual support. Referrals can come from GPs, social prescribers or self-referral.
