Practical and emotional support for unpaid adult carers across Kent including Swale.
Imago supports unpaid adult carers aged 18 plus across Kent including Dartford, Gravesham, Swanley and Swale. Free help covers statutory carers assessments and personalised plans, advice on rights, emotional and practical support, financial and benefits guidance and the Kent Carers Emergency Card for contingency planning, plus skill-building workshops. The Swale Carers Support Circle meets 10.30 to 11.30am on the first Wednesday of each month at the Sittingbourne ASDA superstore cafe.
