Citywide programme for over-50s offering activities, information and advice across Brighton & Hove.
Ageing Well Brighton and Hove is led by Impact Initiatives (registered charity 276669) and supports residents aged 50 plus. Services include activity and social groups, befriending, dementia support, Eating Well, Strength and Balance classes and dedicated LGBTQ+ and Multicultural groups, alongside an Information, Help and Advice Team. The annual Ageing Well Festival runs each autumn (25 September to 9 October 2026 theme Explore more, Connect more, Enjoy more). Partners include NHS Sussex and Citizens Advice.
