Plymouth charity supporting people facing mental ill health, isolation, homelessness, hoarding and HIV through one-to-one help and groups.
Improving Lives Plymouth is a citywide charity working to improve physical and mental health and wellbeing. Alongside support for adults whose lives are touched by mental ill health, loneliness, hoarding, HIV or money worries, the team also runs services for veterans and their families, people with sensory impairments and those managing long-term health conditions. The Wellbeing Hub forms part of a network of neighbourhood hubs that connects residents to information and activities. Trained workers and volunteers visit at home or meet at community venues. Self-referrals are welcome.
