Independence Trust delivers Mind in Gloucestershire services, offering peer-led groups, one-to-one wellbeing coaching, suicide prevention support, and recovery cafes. They have hubs in Gloucester and Cheltenham, and run outreach across the county including the Forest of Dean and rural areas. Self-referrals are welcomed.
