The Jubilee Hub at 3 Hill Street, Saffron Walden CB10 1EH is run by UCAN, the charity at the heart of the local community working to reduce loneliness and isolation. The hub hosts Walking Buddies, signposting and information, while UCANs Dementia Cafe runs in Dunmow. Note: the Dunmow office has recently closed, so call before visiting.
