Kool Carers South East provides young carers with a safe community where they can develop positive relationships with peers and build confidence, enhanced resilience and emotional wellbeing. The service offers regular group activities including arts and crafts, fitness, drama, choir, yoga and education sessions in South East Essex. Tailored support helps young carers build positive aspirations for the future and access professional support whilst still having fun with others who understand their caring role.
