Kooth is a free anonymous online mental health service for 11-25 year-olds, with BACP counsellor chat, self-help tools and peer forums.
Kooth is a free, safe and anonymous online mental health service commissioned across many UK areas by the NHS, local authorities and police commissioners. Young people aged 11-25 can access BACP-accredited counsellors via live text chat until 10pm every night, 365 days a year, with no waiting list or GP referral. Tools include self-help activities, mood tracking, moderated peer community forums and articles co-produced with young people.
