Lancashire BME Network, now trading as Inclusive North, is a member-led infrastructure charity based in Blackburn that supports Black, Asian and minority ethnic communities across Lancashire. They offer free culturally sensitive counselling in a non-clinical setting, advice for households struggling with fuel poverty, the Macmillan Preston Area Cancer Engagement project, and youth-focused peer action work. The team also helps smaller community groups apply for funding and develop services.
