Free service supporting adult unpaid carers across central and west Lancashire with assessments, advice and counselling.
The Lancashire Carers Service is delivered by n-compass in north, west and central Lancashire (covering Preston, Chorley, South Ribble and surrounding districts) in partnership with Carers Link Lancashire who cover the east. They support unpaid carers aged 18 and over by carrying out statutory carers assessments, providing emotional support, one-to-one and group cognitive behavioural therapy, and a wide range of information and signposting. Phone lines and online referral are open weekdays.
