Lancashire Mind is the local Mind for Lancashire, including Lancaster and Morecambe. The charity runs wellbeing support, peer groups, workplace training and resilience programmes for adults and young people experiencing low mood, anxiety, stress or longer-term mental health issues. Self-referral is welcome and the team can signpost to specialist NHS and community services where appropriate. They publish urgent help information for anyone in crisis on their website.
