Community wellbeing programme in Lewes offering gardening, repair and social activities for residents.
Lewes Climate Hub runs free wellbeing activities alongside its environmental work. Programmes include Common Cause community gardening, the Wellbeing Tree for people with disabilities, Climate Cafe workshops for environmental anxiety, forest bathing at Laughton Green Woodland, Pells Pools Swims for Wellbeing social prescription scheme with local GPs, and arts-based environmental workshops through Moving Sounds. There is also the Lewes and Villages Seniors support group. Activities are designed to reduce isolation, support mental health and care for the local environment.
