Social Connection & Community · Public Service · West Suffolk
Free NHS social prescribing service connecting adults across West Suffolk to community activities, advice services and local groups.
LifeLink is the free social prescribing service for adults 18+ in West Suffolk, jointly delivered by West Suffolk Council, the NHS and local partners. A link worker offers one-to-one coaching to understand what matters to you, then helps you find a community group, club, activity, benefits or debt advice, or supports you to start something new. Benefits include better mental health, more friendships, improved fitness, new skills and routes into volunteering or employment. Since May 2022 referrals go via NHS Suffolk and North East Essex ICB; self-referral is welcome.
