Lifeshare
Social Connection & Community · Charity · Manchester (City Centre)
Manchesters oldest homelessness charity supporting 16-25 year-olds with street outreach, weekend breakfasts, healthcare, housing and resettlement advice.
Lifeshare has been working with homeless and vulnerable people in Manchester and Salford since 1984. The CARDS service (Crisis Assessment Referral and Diversity Service) advocates for 16-25 year-olds who are rough sleeping or at risk of exploitation. Weekend breakfasts are provided at Mosaic on Dale Street with linked healthcare, dental, mental health, addiction and sexual health support. Caseworkers help with housing, benefits, debt, budgeting, education, training and employment, and offer relationship and wellbeing support.
