Charity awarding grants to small Lincolnshire groups tackling poverty, isolation, food poverty, mental health and homelessness.
Lincolnshire Community Foundation was founded in 2002 and has awarded over 25 million pounds in grants across Greater Lincolnshire to charities, community groups and CICs. They fund work on child poverty, loneliness and isolation, homelessness, food poverty, addiction, unemployment and dementia. Wellbeing grants of up to 6,000 pounds are available, and a Horncastle War Memorial fund offers grants up to 2,000 pounds for mental health and wellbeing projects in that town. Particularly useful for social prescribers helping groups stay afloat.
