Liverpool Charity and Voluntary Services is the citywide infrastructure body for VCFSE organisations, based on Dale Street in the city centre. Founded in 1909, LCVS provides advice, training, fundraising and grant distribution, business support, and capacity building for charities and community groups. It runs health and wellbeing programmes, hosts the Liverpool Funds for small grants, and convenes networks for organisations supporting carers, mental health, refugees and older people across the city.
