Livewell Southwest is an independent social enterprise providing integrated health and social care across Plymouth, South Hams and West Devon, with HQ at 1st Floor Crownhill Court, Tailyour Road, Plymouth PL6 5DH. Plymouth Options is its NHS Talking Therapies service for anxiety and depression - adults can self-refer online or by phone. The 24/7 First Response crisis line handles mental health emergencies, and CQC rated the trust good overall with the Glenbourne inpatient unit outstanding.
