The Macular Society supports people with macular disease via a free helpline, counselling, befriending and local groups across the UK.
The Macular Society is the UKs leading charity for people affected by macular disease, the leading cause of sight loss in the UK. Its free Helpline (0300 3030 111, Mon-Fri 9am-5pm) provides information and emotional support, and the charity runs free counselling, befriending and Skills for Seeing programmes alongside local support groups. Members and their families can access webinars and practical guidance on living with sight loss.
