Free weekly peer-support group for men experiencing low mood, isolation or other mental-health challenges.
Mankinds Eastbourne mens peer-support group meets every Wednesday 6 to 8.30pm at St Wilfreds Hospice, 1 Broadwater Way, Eastbourne BN22 9PZ. The group is free, confidential and welcoming to any man who needs mental health support or someone to talk to without judgement. Members can ring 07793 431665 or email info@mankindcic.co.uk, and onward counselling is available through The Old Bank Wellbeing Trust.
