Mary Frances Trust is a Surrey mental wellbeing charity founded in 1994 and based in Leatherhead, with hubs across Mole Valley, Banstead and other Surrey areas. Adults aged 16 and over can self-refer (no diagnosis needed) at mft.support-me.org.uk for free art, exercise, nature, peer support and self-help groups under its Community Connections service. Other services include a Safe Haven for crisis, GP Integrated Mental Health, Recovery & Connect and social prescribing.

Who they help: People with mild to severe mental health needs who would benefit from community-based wellbeing support.
Eligibility: Adults aged 16 or over who live, work or are registered with a GP in Surrey.
Area covered: Mole Valley
Not suitable for: Under 16s and people who live outside Surrey are not eligible.
