Partnership service from Alzheimer's Society, Age UK Hertfordshire and Carers in Hertfordshire offering dementia advice, peer groups and Together cafes countywide.
Memory Support Hertfordshire is a single point of access on 0300 131 3946 for anyone affected by dementia or memory loss in Hertfordshire. It is delivered jointly by the Alzheimers Society, Age UK Hertfordshire, Hertfordshire County Council and Carers in Hertfordshire from the Age UK Hertfordshire base in Hertford, Monday to Friday 9.30am to 4pm. Specialist Dementia Advisers give 1-1 information, advice and signposting and run community activities and training.
