The Mental Health Foundation produces free UK mental health guides, research and prevention campaigns covering the whole life course.
The Mental Health Foundation is the UKs leading charity for everyones mental health, established in 1949. It pioneers research, policy and prevention programmes covering all aspects of mental health across the life course. Free downloadable how-to guides cover anxiety, stress, depression, sleep, parenting and more. While it does not provide individual support, it signposts to crisis services and produces national campaigns such as Mental Health Awareness Week.
