Free courses and workshops co-produced by people with lived experience to support mental health recovery for adults across Mid Essex.
Mid Essex Recovery College delivers free courses and workshops, both in local venues and online via Microsoft Teams, to support mental health recovery. Courses cover four strands: Recovery & Wellbeing, Developing Knowledge & Skills, Physical Wellbeing, and Creativity & Self Expression, and are co-designed and co-delivered by people with lived experience and mental health professionals. It is open to anyone aged 18+ who lives or works in Mid Essex; learners register once, then book through the Course Calendar, with an optional Individual Learning Plan available.
