The Migraine Trust is the UK migraine charity. Its free, confidential helpline on 0808 802 0066 runs Mon-Fri 10am-4pm, with email support via an online contact form. The charity campaigns to improve NHS migraine care, and offers a Workplace Pledge for employers, dedicated support for children and young people, and information on pregnancy and work. An award-winning chatbot is also available. Open to anyone in the UK affected by migraine, including families, carers and healthcare professionals.
