Town-centre wellbeing hub offering groups, recovery courses and one-to-one support for Luton residents experiencing mental ill-health.
The Luton Wellbeing Centre is Mind BLMKs main base in Luton at 46-56 Dumfries Street, LU1 5BP, near the town centre. It hosts a programme of peer-led groups including a Womens Group, Mens Group, the Lighthouse Young Peoples Group, Luton Peer Support, a Recovery Lounge and the Service User Network (SUN). Adults with common mental health problems can self-refer by completing an Access Support form or by calling 0300 330 0648 or emailing lwc@mind-blmk.org.uk; staff also signpost to Side by Side, Minds online community.
