The Milton Keynes Crisis Cafe is a Mind BLMK service at 226 Queensway, Fenny Stratford, Bletchley MK2 2TE, offering a non-clinical alternative to A&E for adults in mental health crisis or severe emotional distress. It is open every day of the year, including weekends and bank holidays, from 5pm to 11pm. No appointment or referral is needed - people can simply drop in for a calming space, peer support and help from trained mental health workers with safety planning and de-escalation.
