Local Mind charity providing wellbeing centres, peer groups, crisis cafes and recovery support across Bedfordshire, Luton and Milton Keynes.
Mind BLMK is the local Mind affiliate for Bedfordshire, Luton and Milton Keynes. It runs Wellbeing Centres in Bedford, Luton, Milton Keynes and Central Bedfordshire, with Recovery Lounges in Biggleswade and Leighton Buzzard, plus services across Flitwick. The team provides peer support, peer mentoring, womens, mens and youth groups, suicide bereavement help and crisis recovery work. The Milton Keynes Crisis Cafe gives an alternative to A&E.
