Mind in Kingston is an independent charity (number 1076791) serving Kingston upon Thames since 1972. The office at 1 Brook Street, Kingston upon Thames KT1 2HA is open Monday to Friday 9.30am-4.30pm. Adults can access counselling, the Kingston Peer Support Project pairing people with someone who has lived experience, drop-in cafes, physical activity for mental wellbeing, one-to-one Stepping Stones support, and outreach. The team also delivers mental health awareness training in local schools and charities. Self-referrals welcome.
