Mind in Salford is an independent local mental health charity supporting adults in Salford who experience mental health difficulties. The team runs an Independent Mental Health Advocacy service, welfare rights and debt advice for people with mental health conditions, the Listening Ear telephone support line, peer support groups and the Suicide Bereavement service. Mind in Salford works with Salford Royal hospital, primary care networks and community partners. The Angel Centre base is open weekdays for enquiries, with most services accessed by self-referral or GP and social-prescribing referral.
