The Mindful Life Group — Sleep and Mindfulness for Caregivers
Carers & Family Support · Charity/Voluntary Organisation · National (online)
Free online CBT-based sleep and mindfulness courses delivered via Zoom for unpaid carers aged 65+ anywhere in the UK, run by The Mindful Life Group (a UK clinical-psychology-led social enterprise).
The Mindful Life Group offers two free online courses for older adult carers (usually 65+) who care for an adult family member, friend or child with additional needs. The Better Sleep Programme uses Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) — the NHS recommended treatment for insomnia — to improve sleep quality and reduce nighttime awakenings. The Mindfulness for Caregivers course uses mindfulness techniques to ease stress, anxiety and build resilience. Both courses are online, free, and run as group sessions over several weeks.
