Mindline Cumbria is a confidential telephone and text helpline run by Carlisle Eden Mind. It is open to anyone across Cumbria, including South Cumbria, and is staffed by trained volunteers who give emotional support and practical information about mental health, medication, self-help, services and local groups. People can call when they want to talk things through, or text Mind to 81066 if a call feels too much.
