Mindline Somerset is a free, confidential 24/7 listening service for anyone in distress, anxious, low or thinking about self-harm. Call 0800 138 1692 or 01823 276 892 any time. A separate Mindline Trans+ helpline on 0300 330 5468 supports trans, agender, gender-fluid and non-binary callers. Live webchat runs daily from 8pm-11pm. Mindline is delivered by Mind in Somerset (charity 1109626) as part of the Open Mental Health partnership and is a recognised access point for crisis support across the county.
