MK Dons official charity delivering free health, physical activity, education and inclusion programmes across Milton Keynes.
MK Dons Sport and Education Trust is the official charity of MK Dons FC and delivers free programmes in education, social inclusion, health and wellbeing, girls and womens football and community delivery. Health programmes include FIT FANS, a 12-week scheme run with Public Health England where participants typically lose 5%+ of body weight, the Motiv8 10-week family weight management programme for ages 5-16, and Extra Time balance training for over 60s. Adult physical activity sessions for people with neurological conditions now run in seven care homes each week.
