My Sisters Place is an independent domestic abuse charity based on Borough Road in Middlesbrough. The team offers practical, holistic and therapeutic support including IDVA support for those at high risk, specialist counselling using EMDR, CBT and trauma-informed therapy, group programmes such as Freedom and Choices, and dedicated support for children, young people and men. Risk is assessed using the SafeLives DASH checklist. All services are free.
