Free short-term counselling in over 20 languages for people from diverse backgrounds in Camden, Islington, Enfield and Haringey.
Nafsiyat has pioneered intercultural therapy for over 40 years and delivers free short-term psychotherapy in more than 20 languages so clients can speak in their own tongue rather than through an interpreter. Based at Lysander Mews in north London (N19), the centre serves Islington, Enfield, Camden and Haringey. In 2025 it supported 550 individual clients across 6,425 therapy sessions, plus 100 group members and 30 couples and families. A Community Links team also advocates on housing, welfare and immigration. Charity 287819.

Who they help: Adults, families, children and adolescents experiencing emotional or psychological difficulties who would benefit from therapy in their own language.
