Narcotics Anonymous is a free fellowship of recovering addicts who meet to help each other stay clean. The UKNA helpline on 0300 999 1212 is open daily 10am to midnight. Over 1,600 NA meetings run each week across the UK, both in person and online via platforms such as Zoom, Skype and Go-to-Meeting, with no registration and full anonymity. Meetings can be searched at meetings.ukna.org. Open to anyone with a drug problem; the only requirement is a desire to stop using.
