The National Gambling Helpline, founded and run by GamCare since 1997, offers free, confidential one-to-one support for anyone in Great Britain affected by gambling harms. The 24/7 helpline on 0808 8020 133, live chat and WhatsApp on the same number provide information, brief interventions and referrals into the National Gambling Support Network of face-to-face, online and telephone treatment services across England, Scotland and Wales. Open to anyone worried about their own or someone elses gambling.
