24/7 NHS crisis line for people in Newham experiencing a mental health crisis, run by ELFT.
The Newham Mental Health Crisis Line is provided by East London NHS Foundation Trust and is accessed by calling free NHS 111 and choosing option 2. It runs 24 hours a day, every day including bank holidays. Trained mental health professionals offer assessment, advice, signposting and can speak to other services on the callers behalf or refer for emergency assessment when needed. Young people under 18 have a separate specialist CAMHS crisis route. Complementary face-to-face support is available without referral at the Newham Together Cafe in Stratford.
