The Newham Together Cafe, run by Mind in Tower Hamlets, Newham and Redbridge, is a calm crisis alternative at Stratford Advice Arcade, 107-109 The Grove, E15 1HP. It offers face-to-face and phone support to adults aged 18+ in mental health distress, with one-to-one and group sessions, no appointment needed.
