Community mental health drop-in centre for adults in Newhaven, Peacehaven and Seaford.
Southdowns Newhaven Wellbeing Centre is at Summerhayes, Marshall Lane, Newhaven BN9 9RB and supports adults aged 18+ in East Sussex who are struggling with mental health. Drop-in welcome sessions need no referral or waiting list. Recovery and Peer Support Workers help build personalised wellbeing plans, with additional input for those on the NHS Serious Mental Illness register. The centre is part of the wider East Sussex Neighbourhood Wellbeing Service in the UOK partnership, integrated with NHS Neighbourhood Mental Health Teams. Phone 01273 517641.
