Newmarket charity providing supported housing for young adults, a foodbank, charity superstore and training opportunities.
Newmarket Open Door, founded in 1997 by Churches Together, provides supported accommodation for young adults aged 18-24, with mentoring, life skills and pathways into work or education. The charity also runs a foodbank open three days a week (supporting over 2,000 households a year), a weekly Thursday Community Pop-Up Shop selling essentials for £2 a bag, the Charity Superstore and a training centre.
