NHS 111 is the free NHS urgent medical help service in England. Call 111 from any phone or use 111 online and the NHS App for problems that are not life-threatening. Trained advisers and clinicians give advice and direct you to the right care, including symptoms, injuries, dental, mental health, sexual health and medicines. The service does not give a diagnosis but signposts to A and E, GP, urgent treatment centres or pharmacy. Language and accessibility support is available. Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales have separate 111 services.
