Free NHS talking therapy in England for adults experiencing common mental health problems like anxiety, depression, PTSD and OCD
NHS Talking Therapies for anxiety and depression is a free NHS service in England for adults experiencing depression, generalised anxiety, social anxiety, phobias, panic, OCD, PTSD, body dysmorphic disorder or health anxiety, including alongside long-term conditions like CFS or IBS. People can self-refer online or be referred by their GP, with no diagnosis needed. Treatment is talking therapy delivered in person, by phone, video or online. Open to people aged 18 and over (16-17 in some areas) living in England.
