NIDAS is an independent charity in Mansfield supporting women, children, young people and older adults affected by domestic abuse across Mansfield and Ashfield. They offer telephone and email support, outreach safety planning, group programmes including The Freedom Programme and Power to Change, child and family therapy ages 5-25, art psychotherapy and EMDR. The Time to Blossom service supports older women through an Older Persons Violence Advocate.
