Free out-of-hours mental health crisis helpline and four crisis cafes across Hertfordshire including Stevenage, Hatfield and Ware, open every evening from 7pm to 1am.
Nightlight is Hertfordshire Mind Networks free out-of-hours mental health crisis service. Crisis cafes run nightly 7pm to 1am in Watford and Stevenage, with Ware and Hatfield open 7pm to 1am Friday to Monday. A Crisis House in Hemel Hempstead and A&E liaison at Lister and Watford General add safe alternatives. Call the helpline on 01923 256391 or visit the Wellbeing Centre at 501 St Albans Road, Watford.

Not suitable for: This service is for adults in Hertfordshire experiencing mental health crisis. Children and young people should call HPFT Single Point of Access on 0800 6444 101 instead.
