No Limits gives free, confidential help to children and young people under 26 across Southampton, Hampshire, Portsmouth and the Isle of Wight. The Advice Centre at 13 High Street, Southampton runs drop-ins six days a week with no appointment needed, and The Avenue is a dedicated space for 11 to 17 year-olds. Topics covered include mental health, housing, sexual health, substance use, money, education and family. Call 02380 224 224.
