The team provides talking therapies, REST community wellbeing hubs, peer support groups and training, supporting individuals, families, friends and colleagues facing mental health challenges. Eligibility: Open to people in Norfolk and Waveney living with or affected by mental health issues; some projects have age or referral criteria.
