NCAN is a partnership of charities in Norfolk providing free, impartial and accredited advice on money and debt, housing, welfare benefits, family law, civil law, employment law, discrimination, domestic abuse, immigration and consumer issues. Founded in 2008, NCAN works collaboratively to ensure that anyone in Norfolk who needs advice can access it as soon as they need it. NCAN also runs the client hardship and Norfolk Anti-Poverty Alliance.
