Norfolk and Waveney Talking Therapies is the NHS service for people aged 16 plus in the area. It offers one-to-one therapy, digital CBT, relationship counselling for couples and families, perinatal mental health support, employment help and online workshops, plus tailored support for 16-19 year-olds and older adults. Who they help: Adults (16+) with mild to moderate mental health needs
Eligibility: People aged 16+ registered with a GP in Norfolk or Waveney, experiencing common mental health problems such as anxiety or low mood.
Area covered: Norfolk
Not suitable for: Service is for people aged 16+ registered with a Norfolk or Waveney GP. Not for people in mental health crisis - call 111 option 2 or 999. Severe mental illness may need a referral to NSFT instead.
